Trailer for "Divergent" - Starring Shailene Woodley, Kate Winslet and Theo James

Based on the novel (the first in a trilogy) by Veronica Roth, Divergent will arrive in theaters next spring. The film stars Shailene Woodley (The Descendants) as Tris, a young woman who struggles to find her place in an allegedly perfect society. Her life becomes even more difficult when she learns of a sinister plot that threatens the stability of the government and places her life in grave danger. Theo James (Golden Boy) and Kate Winslet co-star. Check out the trailer below.

Red Band Trailer for "Neighbors" - Starring Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron

The upcoming comedy film Neighbors will arrive in theaters next May courtesy of Universal Pictures. The films stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as young parents who have a fraternity move in next door to them. Zac Efron and Dave Franco co-star. Check out the promising trailer below.

Trailer for "Insidious: Chapter 2" - Starring Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne

Insidious is a truly terrifying film, so I expect the same kind of thrills and chills from the sequel, Chapter 2, which is scheduled to be released on September 13 (yes, that is Friday the 13th!). You can read my review of the original film here.

"The Wolf of Wall Street" Trailer - Featuring Leonardo DiCaprio

Director Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio join forces once again for the upcoming film The Wolf of Wall Street, which is scheduled to be released later this year. DiCaprio portrays Jordan Belfort, a successful stockbroker who refuses to cooperate with authorities in a securities fraud case. Jonah Hill, Matthew McConaughey and Kyle Chandler co-star. Trailer for "Don Jon" - Written, Directed and Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Joseph Gordon-Levitt has already been a part of the popular culture landscape for over two decades and has dabbled in television, film, music and books. He can seemingly do anything and do it well, so why not write, direct and star in a film? Done. The upcoming comedy/drama Don Jon centers around a modern day Don Juan who is addicted to porn, which causes problems in his interpersonal relationships. As a result, he decides to make some changes in his life and find something more substantial along the way. Julianne Moore, Tony Danza and Scarlett Johansson co-star. Don Jon opens on October 18. "Rush" Trailer Featuring Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth's next film, Rush, is scheduled to be released on September 20. Director Ron Howard's latest effort depicts the rivalry between Formula One race car drivers James Hunt (Hemsworth) and Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl) in 1976. I suspect Rush will appeal to both men and women, for obvious reasons. Take a look at the trailer below:

"The Wolverine" Trailer - Featuring Hugh Jackman

From musicals to superhero epics, Hugh Jackman can seemingly do it all. This summer, Jackman will appear as Wolverine/Logan for the sixth time onscreen in The Wolverine. The story picks up sometime after the events of X-Men: The Last Stand and is set in Japan, where Logan encounters someone from his past and must face off against a group of very dangerous mobsters. The film is based on the 1982 Marvel Comics Wolverine mini-series, by the legendary Chris Claremont and Frank Miller. The trailer looks promising, so check it out below.

"The Lone Ranger" Trailer - Featuring Johnny Depp

The Lone Ranger and Tonto gallop back into theaters on July 3, with Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp portraying the aforementioned characters, respectively. Unlike previous depictions of The Lone Ranger, the principal characters will coexist more as a team and will have to overcome their differences in order to bring criminals to justice. In other words, they exist as equals. Check out the trailer below.

"Thor: The Dark World" Trailer - Featuring Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as Thor in one of the most anticipated films of the year, Thor: The Dark World, which is scheduled to open in the U.S. on November 8. Hemsworth not only looks like Thor, but is completely believable as the mighty hero. Thor was one of my favorite films of 2011 and I am anxious to see the follow-up later this year. "Man of Steel" Trailer - Featuring Henry Cavill as Superman

Warner Bros. and DC Comics are hoping to successfully reboot the Superman movie franchise with Man of Steel, starring Henry Cavill. If the trailer is any indication, the film will have a dark edge, like the recent Batman trilogy, but I am not sure that will work for Superman. In any event, the trailer looks interesting and I will definitely be seeing the movie when it opens on June 14. Check out the trailer below.

Trailer for "The Great Gatsby" - Featuring Leonardo DiCaprio

F. Scott Fitzgerald's acclaimed 1925 novel The Great Gatsby has been adapted for the big screen and arrives in theaters on May 10th. Director Baz Luhrmann (Moulin Rouge!) has assembled a great cast, including Leonardo DiCaprio as Jay Gatsby, Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan and Tobey Maguire as Nick Carraway. The trailer below has the look of a classic Hollywood epic and I hope the film lives up to its potential. 

"Iron Man 3" Trailer - Featuring Robert Downey Jr.

Iron Man 3 is one of the most anticipated films of 2013 and, if the trailer is any indication, it looks like another winner. Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle reprise their roles as Tony Strak/Iron Man, Pepper Potts and Rhodey, respectively. Joining the cast is award winning actor Ben Kingsley, as The Mandarin, who is perhaps Iron Man's most dangerous and notorious foe and he appears to be taking no prisoners in his quest to destroy Tony Stark.

"Star Trek Into Darkness" Trailer

Anticipation is very high for the new Star Trek film from J.J. Abrams that is scheduled to be released on May 17. Secrecy has surrounded the plot, which finds the crew of the Enterprise battling a seemingly unstoppable force. The last Star Trek film was the best of the series, so far, and my hopes are high for another outstanding effort. Check out the trailer below.
